Victor is the Chairman of Must Sell Global Ltd, and is a Senior Advisor to Gresham Partners Limited. He joined Gresham in 2012 after retiring as CEO of the DEXUS Property Group. Prior to his 9 years at DEXUS, Victor was the Director of Funds Management at Westfield responsible for both The Westfield Trust and The Westfield America Trust.
He is a Councillor of Bond University, Chair of Bond Business School Advisory Board and an Independent Director of Sands China Limited (HKSE:1928).
Victor has previously served as the Chairman of South Bank Corporation in Brisbane, President of The Property Council of Australia and Chairman of the Property Industry Foundation. In 2016, Victor was awarded National Honorary Life Membership of the Property Council of Australia.
Victor holds degrees of B. Com from University of Queensland and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand, a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute.
Victor became a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) on January 26, 2023 for his significant service to the property industry and corporate governance.
